My greatest value is freedom and I have spent a lot of time investigating all aspects of this.
For the last 7 years it has been through the study and practice of kinesiology. Understanding with ever more depth and appreciation how our physical system is an expression of everything held within. The most interesting aspect of this is the reoccurring patterns that show up in all individuals despite their unique stories, and this has lead me to go even deeper into questioning what the core aspects of wellbeing are for my self.
Now I train in kinesiology and am responsible for facilitating this process for others in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast, since 2015. This is a process that is very fulfilling for me and continues to teach me about are organisation and choices.
Prior to working in health, I have been involved in various creative and cultural pursuits. I have spent large periods of time studying and working in Germany, Japan and Bolivia, and of course Australia. Working with indigenous groups in Bolivia lead me to train in indigenous creative industries in Australia under the mentoring of Christine Peacock. This has assisted the development of my worldview and spiritual identity, bringing together the various aspects of my own background experience and lineage.
All of this has been to fully realise what constitutes wellness and change.
