A Space to Connect
JUMA classes are for anyone who is looking for gentle, nourishing movement.
This is a place to explore how different types of movement positively impact your body, your mind, your spirit and your breath. This is time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. There’s no need to perform or get anything ‘right’, just time to move, breathe, and build nourishing awareness, in a space that feels safe, welcoming and allowing.
What We Do
Each session blends movement, stillness, and reflection in ways that feel approachable and supportive. Together, we explore:

Yoga & Pranayama – gentle postures and mindful breath

Qi Gong & Mobility – flowing, restorative movement

Meditation & Yoga Nidra – rest, presence, and self-awareness

Journaling & Reflection – noticing, integrating, and creating
Each class is a chance to cultivate strength and softness, focus and freedom, curiosity and care — all at your own pace.

We’re all learners here — including me. I guide, share, and offer what I know, but I’m on this path alongside you. That’s part of the joy of practicing together.

JUMA isn’t just about movement. It’s about connection and curiosity. Many of us enjoy:
